Sihle Xulu biography
Sihle Xulu biography Sihle Xulu was born in Newcastle, KwaZulu Natal. She completed her matric in 2017. After passing her matric she enrolled on a boilermaker course and completed her N2. She shared that she adapts easily to environments, pays attention to detail, and works well in a team. She came to learn about ArtisanTraining Institute (ATI) in an artisan group on Facebook. She further did her research and concluded that ATI is the best institution for her. ATI’s slogan“changing lives through engineering”, stood out for her because it aligns with her desire to change the lives of young girls who are still afraid of entering engineering spaces. She is interested in the boilermaker/welding trade. She’s particularly interested in becoming a welder due to her fascination with metal parts. She believes she deserves this funding because she is a self-motivated individual who is always willing to go the extra mile. She is confident that she will thrive and deliver good results should she get the opportunity. When asked what makes her unique, she answered that she is unique because she has the natural ability to organize her life effectively, “this ability will help me plan my job-related tasks properly and achieve deadlines,” she said. She sees herself as a leading qualified welder who has her own team in the next five years.
